These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of yumahvacrepair.com (the "Site"), operated by Yuma HVAC Repair. By using the Site or submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or submit a request.
1. What this Site is
Yuma HVAC Repair is an independent publisher and referral service. Yuma HVAC Repair is an independent local guide, not an HVAC contractor. We connect you with independent, third-party HVAC providers serving the Yuma area — we don't perform repairs or installations ourselves, and we may be paid a referral fee by providers who receive inquiries through this site. We do not perform HVAC repair, installation, or any contracting work, and we are not a licensed HVAC contractor. Any work performed is performed entirely by the independent third-party provider you're matched with, under their own license, insurance, and warranty terms — not ours.
2. No warranty on referred work
We make reasonable efforts to connect you with a provider serving your area, and our best-companies guide reflects our research at the time of publication — but we do not guarantee the quality, licensing status, pricing, availability, or outcome of any work performed by a provider you're matched with. You are responsible for verifying a provider's license (see our license-lookup walkthrough), insurance, and any quote or contract terms before authorizing work. Any dispute about the work itself is between you and the provider who performed it.
3. SMS program
If you opt in on our contact form, Yuma HVAC Repair and/or the specific independent provider(s) matched to your request may send you text messages related to your inquiry (for example, confirming your request or scheduling). This is not a marketing-text program — messages relate to fulfilling your specific request. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. Opting in is never a condition of submitting our form or purchasing services from any provider. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Accuracy of content
Cost figures, guides, and company information on this Site are researched and dated to the best of our ability, but pricing, availability, and company information can change. Content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for a written quote from a licensed provider.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false contact information, use the Site's form to spam or harass a listed provider, or attempt to interfere with the Site's normal operation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yuma HVAC Repair is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or from services performed by a third-party provider you were matched with, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or financial loss arising from that provider's work.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without limiting any consumer protection you're entitled to under Arizona law as the state where services are being sought.
